Bins for Job Sites, Renovations and Commercial Clean-Outs
A job site makes waste from the first day of framing to the last day of finishing. We bring the bin to your site, you and your crew fill it, and we haul it away and handle the disposal and recycling. If it fills before the job is done, call us and we will swap it for an empty one.
We are a family-owned Calgary company with more than 13 years in the bin business. We use our own bins and trucks, so you deal with the same people from the first call to the last pickup. We also deliver to Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere and Okotoks.

- Which bin for which job
Pick the Right Bin for the Work You Are Doing
Most renovation and construction jobs use the 20-yard bin. Heavy material needs its own bin, and an open site may need a lid. Here is how our four bins line up with common Calgary jobs. Not sure? Tell us the job and we will suggest a size.
20-Yard Bin, $475
14 ft x 8 ft x 6 ft, with 2 tons of disposal included. The usual pick for framing and drywall waste, whole-house renovations, demolition debris and commercial renovations.
Lidded 12-Yard Bin, $350
Same size as our 12-yard bin, with a steel cage lid. It stops people going through the bin or dumping their own garbage in it, which matters on open sites and longer jobs. The mesh does not keep out rain or snow.
12-Yard Bin, $325
12 ft x 6.5 ft x 4.5 ft, with 1 ton included. Good for one-room renovations, smaller roofs and tight sites. It is narrow enough to sit in front of most inner-city infills.
Concrete Bin, $300
For concrete, asphalt, brick, stone, dirt and gravel, with the recycling fee included. Keep the load clean, with no garbage or wood mixed in, so it can be recycled.
- What goes in
What You Can Put in a Construction Bin
Most building and renovation waste goes in the bin and is covered by the base price. A few items carry an added disposal fee, and some cannot go in at all. If you are not sure about something, ask before you load it.
- Drywall and framing lumber
- Roofing shingles
- Flooring, carpet and underlay
- Cabinets, counters and fixtures
- Vinyl siding, which we send for recycling
- Scrap metal, which we take for recycling
- Packaging and general job-site garbage
- Overweight loads: $125 per ton, prorated
- Tires $10 each; fridges and freezers $35
- Not allowed: paint, chemicals, batteries, propane
Load It Level, Not Over the Top
Keep the load level with the top of the bin. We cannot drive a bin down Deerfoot with debris sticking out the sides or the back, and an overloaded bin has to be fixed before we can take it.
Heavy materials such as concrete, tile and wet soil reach the weight limit long before the bin looks full. If your job has a lot of them, ask about the concrete bin.
- How it works
From Booking to Pickup
Tell Us the Job
Call or use the quote form. Send a photo of the site and mark where you want the bin. It is the easiest way to avoid a mix-up on delivery day.
We Drop the Bin
We place the bin where you marked it and set wood under it on a driveway. No permit is needed on your own property. If the bin has to sit on a public street, you arrange the City of Calgary permit.
Fill It Level
You have up to 14 days. Keep the load level with the top, and call before the rental runs out if the job needs longer.
We Haul It Away
Call when the bin is full or the job is done. We pick it up and handle the disposal and recycling. Need another bin? We can swap the full one for an empty one.

Construction Bin Rental Questions
How much does a construction bin cost in Calgary?
A 20-yard bin is $475, a lidded 12-yard bin is $350, a 12-yard bin is $325 and a concrete bin is $300. Each price includes delivery, up to 14 days, pickup and disposal. Overweight loads are $125 per ton, prorated.
Which bin size is best for a construction job?
For most renovation and construction work, the 20-yard bin. It holds framing, drywall and demolition waste and comes with 2 tons of disposal. For a single room or a small roof, a 12-yard bin is usually enough.
Can I keep the bin longer than 14 days, or get it swapped?
Yes. Up to 14 days are included. If the job runs longer, call before the rental ends and we will work out a rate. If the bin fills early, we can swap it for an empty one.
Do I need a permit for a bin in Calgary?
Not on your own driveway or property. If the bin has to sit on a public street or right-of-way, you need a City of Calgary permit, which the customer arranges.
Do you have a bin with a lid for an open job site?
Yes. Our lidded 12-yard bin has a steel cage lid that stops people going through the bin or adding their own garbage. It is $350 with delivery, pickup and disposal included.
What can't go in a construction bin?
Paint, chemicals, batteries and propane tanks are not allowed. Tires, mattresses, fridges, freezers and air conditioners can go in for an added fee. Concrete, asphalt and brick belong in a concrete bin.
Do you deliver construction bins outside Calgary?
Yes. Along with Calgary, we deliver to Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere and Okotoks.
